Return Policy

1. All products purchased from, are applicable for return. Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.

2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. The product amount will be credited back to his/her wallet, once we have received the products and quality check is done.

4. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable .

5. Customer should have to pay for the reverse shipments.

6. If customer have given free shipping then additional Rs 50 will be charged for the reverse shipment.

7. To schedule a return, please fill in the Return Form which is available in the "My Orders" section of your StareMe Account. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pincodes.

8. If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.

How long the refund procedure takes?

1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your StareMe E-wallet as store credits.

Where should I return my product?

You could courier the product to us at the address mentioned below and we will reimburse courier charges (You will be credited 100 cashback. If courier costs more than 100, please retain your invoice and we will reimburse you accordingly)
